South of Heaven
---------------------
How did I get this far south of heaven?
How long did I lay upon this forsaken shore?
She offered herself in the form of an apple
A poisonous serpent was asleep in its core
I know, standing here by the sea
I know, she wasn't made for me
I know, tear this rib out of me,
Stick to the poetry,
She's fucking royalty,
Oh
So lucky and proud we stand in being articulate
No words or metaphors will crush any bones
I wish I was dumb I wish that I was illiterate
What I wouldn't do if I could just make her moan
I won't, I'll never hold a grudge
I won't, who am I to judge
I won't, ever try anything
Nothing but play and sing
Fit for a queen and king
Oh
Try to be bad
Try to be bad
Try to be bad
Try to
I know, standing here by the sea
I know, she wasn't made for me
I know, tear this rib out of me
Stick to the poetry
She's fucking royalty
Oh
I know, she's making fun of me
I'll show her what it means to me
Oh no, she had no right to flee
I too need to be free
Just gotta find the key
Oh

Don't Fight Back
--------------------
(Fight) ‘till your neck breaks off
(Sight) You that fills my screen
(Blue eyes) Now they do not stir
(White lies) It’s me you have to fear
And kill the sun that hurts us
And lick your cherished wounds
And live your life to fullest
And trust I’ll see you soon
(Well I) Knew from the beginning
(Why) It’s broke
(Pitch black) Knife in your bleeding red heart
(Fight back) You deserve a lot more
And kill the sun that hurts us
And lick your cherished wounds
And live your life to fullest
And trust I’ll see you soon
Don’t fight back
(Lie) You should have never done that
(Die) Know I have killed before
(Red eyes) You knew I didn’t need proof
(White lies) You should have told the truth
And kill the sun that hurts us
And lick your cherished wounds
And live your life to fullest
And trust I’ll see you soon
Don’t fight back

Due West
-------------
Going off to California,
Gonna find my pot of gold
Going off to see the shoreline,
I’m too young to be this old
Golden Aryans in sort of a herd
Twelve-year-olds just hung them a nerd
But I’m too tired to find the cure
It’s ok to be impure
Find the temple it’s clean and washed
Escalators and women's blush
Well I guess it’s maybe not so bad
Feels so good to feel so sad
And I know I shouldn’t mind
I sold my soul but not my mind
But time was never on my side
Going off to California,
Gonna find my pot of gold
Going off to see the shoreline,
I’m too young to be this old

Here It Comes

Here it Comes
------------------
Here it comes, I can see it rise
Here it comes, not a big surprise
Far away, the healthy puke and sigh
On its way, no more getting by
Rising up, towers overhead
As tangible, as welcoming as lead
I can’t move, rot out all my teeth,
Here it comes, and I am frozen stiff
Somewhere I’ve lost my head.
Fall down, roll and play dead.
Feel safe, sleep at my hive.
I’ll leave, live out your life.
But all is well, the mouse is on the wheel
It’s coming back, close and closer still
That’s ok, shielded from the sun
Here it comes, and I’m its only son!
Somewhere I’ve lost my head
Fall down, roll and play dead
Not bad - you can do worse
You’d make one handsome corpse
